Begin with an ordinary experience: a thought that will not stop, a feeling you cannot explain, or a moment in which you reacted before you knew what was happening.

Each film begins with something recognisable and then asks what we genuinely know, what we are interpreting, and what larger ideas might help us make sense of it.
The episodes form one connected enquiry. Following them in order provides the fullest argument, beginning with Episode 1.
A new episode arrives every Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. UK time. Wednesday and Thursday leave room for questions to emerge. On Friday at 7:00 a.m., the companion letter deepens one idea and may respond to what viewers have asked.
Do not rush to agree or disagree. Notice the part that produces recognition or resistance.
Let the episode's question meet an ordinary moment before Friday's reflection arrives.
Separate observation, inference and framework. A useful idea need not be presented as a proven fact.
Comment after the film or reply to the companion letter. Useful questions may shape Friday's reflection or a future Open Inquiry.
